We can work with you to create your dream home in person or long distance. Many of our custom designs have been successfully completed using phone, email, and fax. Max interviews each home design client and “listens” to each customer as they describe their wish list, perfect home, and preferred home style. Max then creates home elevations and floor plans that are unique to each customer. He designs your house plans with the builder and the budget in mind. About the Designer
Max Fulbright has been designing and building “one of a kind” dream homes throughout West Georgia, East Alabama, and Metro Atlanta for over 25 years. A graduate of Georgia Tech, Max specializes in custom residential home design. Max has designed hundreds of beautiful homes during his career. His house plans have been used by builders and home owners throughout the country. His 25 years of experience as a home builder gives him an advantage over other designers enabling him to envision and eliminate many construction problems before they ever occur. Max’s work history includes engineering, architecture at John Wieland Homes and C.O.O. of StoneCo Development. Max is experienced in all styles of architecture and building, but he specializes in Mountain and Lake home design with Craftsman details.
Max and his wife Sherrie were high school sweethearts and have been married for 28 years. They have six wonderful children, 5 dogs, 3 cats and 2 ducks.
Our Story
Max began his career in construction and design 25 years ago when him and Sherrie were getting ready to build their first house. He sketched out some layouts and purchased a book on designing and building homes. Once other families in the neighborhood saw what he had built they started contacting him to design and build their own homes, Max grew a passion for designing homes and never looked back. Over the next 25 years he designed and built hundreds of beautiful homes throughout West Georgia and the surrounding areas. In 2010 he told me, Max Jr., that he wanted a website to display his house plans on. I taught myself what I needed to teach myself in order to make it happen and we have been continuously growing and selling house plans throughout the United States and as far as Canada and Alaska ever since. We love what we do and we hope that it shows.
